From estimate to follow up, the Dickerson team came through with flying colors. Our 80 feet of split rail was handled with professionalism and expertise from our first meeting with estimator Brad, to our emails with Candice and Scott in the office and the on site intallation by Juan, José, Armando and Jesus. The crew also reinforced the ties on our existing chain link fence which had been chewed by squirrels. Never were we made to feel that our small job was less important than another and our COVID concerns were treated with respect. Communication was excellent, reminders and updates were timely and appreciated. Online invoicing made payment simple. The fence is just what we asked for--simple, sturdy, attractive and neighborhood appropriate. Our immediate neighbor has given it her seal of approval, too. The icing on the cake?
