From estimate to follow up, the Dickerson team came through with flying colors. Our 80 feet of split rail was handled with professionalism and expertise from our first meeting with estimator Brad, to our emails with Candice and Scott in the office and the on site intallation by Juan, José, Armando and Jesus. The crew also reinforced the ties on our existing chain link fence which had been chewed by squirrels. Never were we made to feel that our small job was less important than another and our COVID concerns were treated with respect. Communication was excellent, reminders and updates were timely and appreciated. Online invoicing made payment simple. The fence is just what we asked for--simple, sturdy, attractive and neighborhood appropriate. Our immediate neighbor has given it her seal of approval, too. The icing on the cake? They offered the *lowest estimate*! We can and do heartily recommend Dickerson Fence.
Excellent customer service from beginning to end and superb product and installation. I’ll recommend them to anyone in the market for fencing.
We were so happy with our fence around our property that we called them again when we wanted to enclose an area for a big veggie garden! Excellent job on both!
Professional courteous and done on the date promised. Can’t ask for more
Candice was great to work with from our first contact- she got us on the schedule as quickly as possible for our consultation with Brad and he walked me through the entire process which I knew nothing about. Even though they were slammed with business- they got us on their build schedule sooner than we anticipated. Luis, the lead on our building team is our new favorite! He and his team were amazing and even worked on the weekend to get our build started. Luis helped us plan out a last minute adjustment and was a joy to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure we (and especially our dogs) could enjoy our new fence right away! I cannot say enough good things about the entire Dickerson team. I would (and will) recommend them to anyone!
Really easy to deal with, got the job done quickly, and cleaned up very well.
I used Dickerson fencing for a fence around my yard and also to build a lattice on my deck. Both turned out very well. I was very impressed with the attention to detail that the crew put into both custom building my lattice and fence. Very professional, and would highly recommend.
The workers were skilled, efficient and courteous. We were very impressed! It is exactly, if not better, than we imagined. There was a bit of lack of communication on scheduling but the craftsmanship definitely makes up for it!
From the beginning to the completion Dickerson demonstrated exceptional customer service, high level craftsmanship and solid quality. All consistent with their iconic business status in the Durham community. Proud to be a client!
