To be honest, pretty poor experience. First, we had to call you guys out after our equipment was past due. When we used you all last year, you ASSURED us that you would be timely and we wouldn't have to worry about that. Then, when you were here, you caused us to open 15 minutes late, inconveniencing our guest and costing me sales. Not ok.
