Alarm Systems Inspection Annual inspection of fire alarm system and bar code set up (3) While doing the inspections we need to do a survey of the Fire alarm panel integrity. Several panels are hanging and several devices are located in undesired location. Need to take pictures of all fire alarm equipment so a quote can be generated. Inoperable Deficiency: Results from surveying while performing fire alarm Inspections; Complex has two primary fire alarm panels on building’s 1 (Monitoring 1-6) and 7 (Monitoring 7-14) which monitor each other. The ID’s on both are vague and need to be addressable. If a pull station on on either building’s FACP is activated; FACP only shows “Building pull station” but no location. Recommend programing maintenance to give specific location on activated pull station. All building’s only have 2 pull stations on the first floor. None of the other floors have pulls stations at stairs. Recommend pull stations on all floors to give all tenants an opportunity
