Sprinkler Inspection Annual Sprinkler Inspection Inoperable Deficiency: Upon my arrival and inspection all three wet risers were shut off. Upon further investigation of the inspection it was discovered, above the coating booth, that a pipe was broken off line. Booth is across risers (offset a little) and above that in the warehouse ceiling is the broken pipe. Need to repair and test pipe line for air tight integrity before putting sprinkler system on line. Risers will be red Tagged. All three systems are due a 5 Year Internal Obstruction Investigation and Gauge Replacement x 6 (1967). No Head Box, Spare Sprinkler Head, Head Wrench.
