Need to resolve valve, with a 1 1/12 618R stand pipe fore hose valve Deficiency: All (10) fire hose are due for hydro static testing, shall be replaced and or hydro static tested. No annual sticker was placed inside fire hose cabinet for fire hose inspection. Inoperable Deficiency: Need to trouble shoot why panel goes into alarm, when Panel turns back on. Panel was currently turned off, input fuse and panel went straight to alarm and ground fault on every point, someone disconnected NAC lines Positive leads so NACS will stop going off.
