While we feel that City Fire is overall the best service company for our fire safety needs, this time we had a slight problem. When Carlos left the pump was still leaking. Pedro had some one out the same day to see what the problem was.

served as the liaison for a scheduled Fire Marshal inspection at a commercial facility. During the walkthrough, the Fire Marshal identified several issues, including outdated inspection tags on fire extinguishers and a missing ceiling tile that exposed sprinkler piping. To address the concerns, I immediately coordinated with our team to update and replace the inspection tags on-site and arranged for building maintenance to replace the missing tile before the inspection concluded. I provided the Fire Marshal with documentation for all corrected items and ensured they had access to all required system reports. The inspection was successfully completed, and the facility passed without needing a follow-up visit.
