While we feel that City Fire is overall the best service company for our fire safety needs, this time we had a slight problem. When Carlos left the pump was still leaking. Pedro had some one out the same day to see what the problem was.

As a customer of City Fire for years, the representative that comes to our location for annual service is excellent. Unfortunately, it took a few calls to their customer service line to get him notified that we wanted to purchase a new fire extinguisher. After which the bill had a new fire extinguisher charge and a "service charge" of almost as much. That was the fee for dropping of the equipment.
