Patrick O'Toole came in for only one of the sprinkler systems, but he noticed that there was another system that wasn't on the work order and notified me and I showed him the signed proposal and he made a few phone calls and they found the new proposal. Some people would say that since it wasn't on the work order that they aren't supposed to work on it, but he want to make sure that he got everything he needed to do while he was here.
