Repaired a 2001 Clow 4 1/2 that would not shut down all the way. We performed an internal inspection to ensure a long service life and replaced worn and damaged parts from normal usage. After reassembly of fire hydrant we flushed the hydrant to clear any remaining debris and pressure tested to check for additional leaks and operation.
