Quick response and appt -As I was at work, family reported technician was professional and cordial. Not sure a non-functioning sensor needed a complete new garage door opener; told it was "shorted out" and "out-the-door" price for new opener was $382.45 and agreed; keyless entry I already have was not set up as family told me when I got home that would be an extra $70 that day or $130 if technician had to come back-Following day called as coupon in the Az Republic newspaper for same garage door opener with A1 offered at $269-pretty sure this offer existed the day before. Called to question why same offer did not apply to me and why keyless entry not done; person who answered transferred me to supervisor and have not been contacted via email or VM yet. Recommend addressing all these issues and getting other quotes before authorizing work. Feel I should also have requested my previous Craftsman door be left with me.
