I called one afternoon and the tech was there within the hour to fix the garage door. I really appreciate the email with pic of the tech--it's very reassuring to know who's coming to your home. We had a a great tech who was able to replace old parts and repair the door in one, quick visit. Highly recommend Aladdin Doors!
