I contacted Aladdin early in the morning after my garage door would not open and they were at my house within a few hours. I was in a bad situation this morning. One side of my garage door bracket detached from the ceiling, unable to let my door down. Called Aladdin garage Doors, someone was dispatched to home within an hour. My service technician was Mark,he was the best!.
