Lubricated, and serviced door, and opener, and both operate within all applicable state, and federal safety specifications. There dont appear to be any deficiencies at this time in aliso viejo. Tested safety reverse, and works properly. Also provided, and programmed two new remote controls.

The homeowner called because keypad stopped working. Replaced keypad under warranty, charged service call

Arrived to property in Aliso Viejo for emergency service. Found door open and top/intermediate sections buckling (ST did not save picture, but customer is willing to provide if requested). Customer stated that she has been wanting to replace doors and is still picking design. Advised customer door is not safe to operate in current condition. Manually closed door, locked trolly in closed position and unplugged operator. Provided suggestions for door/operator manufacturers and when customer is ready, she will schedule free estimate with office.

Arrived on site in Aliso Viejo and customer stated that remotes stopped working for a 2006 manufactured Liftmaster operator. Found receiver to be cause of issue. After further inspection found spring to be fatigued. Gave customer options and customer chose to replace spring and install external receiver with extra remote. Installed all parts, lubricated and tightened all necessary hardware, tested all safety systems and door/operator running optimally.

Arrived on site and customer stated he had a broken spring. Found broken spring and after further inspection found no reinforcement strut and torn bottom seal. Customer agreed to new spring. Emailed estimate for strut and bottom seal. Installed parts, tightened and lubricated all necessary hardware.
