Arrived to property in Fallbrook for broken spring replacement. After 25 point safety inspection found only concern to be broken spring on double garage and fatigued spring on single garage. Once double was opened, found bottom/intermediate sections buckling. Customer agreed to new springs on double garage and requested estimates for strut (double) and spring (single). Installed all parts, lubricated and tightened all necessary hardware, adjusted limits/force settings, tested all safety systems and doors/operators running optimally at this time minus estimated parts needed to be replaced. Next recommended tune up service March 2021. If return by 04-25-20 to install estimated parts, service fee to return will be waived.
