Customer was trapped in garage, door would not lift. Upon arrival it was noted that one of the springs had broken. Also customer complained of a non functional wall control. During repairs, we found bad bearings, and drums as well as center bearing. The torsion tube had significant damage as well, but we were able relocate them to prevent addinitional damage.
