First the company itself...I Saturday morning. My door operator was fried because of a recent power surge. They schedule first available appt, which was Monday from 12-3. Very helpful on the phone. Then for the tech...Eric arrived promptly at 12 on Monday and quickly got to work installing a new operator. He did an amazing job and finished in about an 1.5 hours. Completely new jack lift Liftmaster. Explained operating it quickly and thoroughly and he was on his way. Yay Garage Door Medics. I didn't cross-shop. I didn't have the time but frankly, I wouldn't care if they were more expensive than others (although I don't know if they are). I like their work. Quality.
