Eric is very clear and concise and knows what he is doing and is able to clearly explain anything to do with a garage door including the keypad and WiFi access and he is a very pleasant person to deal with. I was not looking forward to garage door maintenance or adding a keypad and WiFi access but Eric made it a snap.
