Replaced customer’s worn out backup battery, and during inspection it was noted that the right side cable was starting to fray. Replaced bith cables, and lubicated, and serviced all remaining hardware in san clemente.

Installed all parts, lubricated and tightened all necessary hardware, tested all safety systems and door/operator running optimally at this time. Next recommended tune up service February 2021.
