Arrived to property in San Clemente and customer stated that door would open so far and stop. During inspection found door extremely in need of lubrication and photo eyes stopped working due to age. Customer agreed to new photo eyes and tune up service. Installed all parts, lubricated and tightened all necessary hardware, tested all safety systems and door/operator running optimally at this time. Next recommended tune up service February 2021.
