Arrived to property in Mira Mesa and customer stated that door would not open. Found broken spring on Torquemaster system and stripped trolly. Customer agreed to new trolly and Torquemaster Conversion. Installed all parts, lubricated and tightened all necessary hardware, tested all safety systems and door/operator running optimally at this time. Next recommended tune up service February 2021.
