Arrived to property in Scripps Ranch and customer stated that door would not open. Found issue due to broken springs. Performed 25 point safety inspection on both doors and found on single garage plastic rollers beginning to bind and no reinforcement strut on top section. Customer agreed to new springs and emailed estimates for new rollers and strut. Installed all parts, lubricated and tightened all necessary hardware, installed new light bulbs, reprogrammed keypad, tested all safety systems and doors/operators running optimally at this time minus estimated parts needed to be replaced. If return to install estimated parts needed to be replaced by 03-24-20, service fee to return will be waived. Next recommended tune up service February 2021.
