Got a call roughly 20-30 minutes before they arrived. Explained what I was experiencing and they were knowledgeable with troubleshooting and figuring out the issue. Didn’t take long to resolve the issue with a minor re-tweak after testing. I would prefer a narrower estimated window range for the service appointment but given it’s a service job, I do understand that is not something always easily to schedule. Overall was a great experience and the second time I’ve contacted them for assistance.

Lubricated, and serviced all hardware, stapled wires up out of the way, and quoted springs, rollers, and bearing plates in san marcos.
Commercial rolling steel. Atlas door. Slats measure 2.5" tall and 12' 4 and 3/4" wide. Pics of slats that are damaged, bottom bar, and endlocks are on file. Video of site to be reviewed by Tony or Joel. Alternating endlocks on door, unsure if stamped or cast. Will need estimate put together and follow up with customer. Bottom bar outside is 12' inside measures 11'10.5" but the inside one has been notched to that size so most likely is was originally 12' also.
Installed head. Wall button in box missing will need to order new wall station for LM 8160WLB. Will collect upon completion of wall button install.

Replaced bad genie 2008 opener with better quality opener lube door

New weather seal, live and tune service. Antenna was tucked into motor case, I pulled it out for better range. Possible board issue or interference customer has range issues. Seems to be working fine now.
