Robert Tagaloni was great! He came out to follow up on a previous service experience and made sure that my wall mounted opener was in working order, sprayed all the door parts and tested the door limits to ensure the door was opening to the correct height, and he made sure all of my questions were answered before he left. And it seems the door is even quieter than before!
