The lady on the phone said I would be charged $99 if they had to fix something and I wouldn’t the charged the $49 house call fee. I would only be charged $49 if they didn’t fix anything. The guy charged me the house call fee and $80 to fix the garage. I was charged $129 when I was only suppose to be charged $99. I do not recommend this place!!

The $99 is our normal service call fee for repair, the $49 is an assessment fee. Our technician charged you for the $49 assessment fee and the part for a total of $130, which saved you $50. Our technician also went through a range of options with you and you chose for us to complete the repair same day for you. We're sorry you feel this experience did not hit the mark but we provided professional service and saved you $50 on the repair.
