Chris arrived on time, improved my garage-door noise, told me the reality of an older but in-good-shape door and gave me several option including the price of improvements.
Technician Chris was professional and went beyond what was needed to make sure everything was working well on whole garage door. Was nice and polite. Worked fast and efficient.
Travis was great. Called ahead and let me know his arrival time. He gave me all my options and explained the differences in detail. He workmanship was excellent. When he was finished he showed me exactly what he did and explained the new system in detail. I am very happy with his service and my new system.
Chris explained what was wrong with my Garage door, gave me 2 estimates, and explained the difference between both. Arival of 10am. Inspecting exit gate for maintenance and troubleshooting the issues they are experiencing. Per videos and pictures, the issues found today are as follows: limit switches are bad, surge suppressor is bad on the safety terminals (photo eyes not working), tested photo eyes on another function. Outside eyes work perfect every time. Interior photo eye works intermittently even when continuously blocked. Transformer for the 2 tests properly also. This indicates the interior photo eye should be replaced. Due to age of transformers and them running hot it is my recommendation to replace the transformer for the photo eyes. Estimate on file. Departure 1150am
Slipped cable back on drum, and thoroughly explained how, and why ancable might come off, as well as why it is not under warranty when it does for future service. Also discussed symptoms, and remedies for safety sensor issues in vista.

Issues with entry system. Dks 1802. Not calling out. Dials but no tone or recurring on customer side. Phone line voltage 15.6vdc. Customer to check with phone company to verify line working before quoting her on new board. Also they need quite for a new plexiglass window as it is fogged up. Arrival time 10:10 am. Reanchored top left guide inside looking out. Lubricated bearings, bushings, and chain, straightened bell mouths, and tested in vista.
