Arival of 10am. Inspecting exit gate for maintenance and troubleshooting the issues they are experiencing. Per videos and pictures, the issues found today are as follows: limit switches are bad, surge suppressor is bad on the safety terminals (photo eyes not working), tested photo eyes on another function. Outside eyes work perfect every time. Interior photo eye works intermittently even when continuously blocked. Transformer for the 2 tests properly also. This indicates the interior photo eye should be replaced. Due to age of transformers and them running hot it is my recommendation to replace the transformer for the photo eyes. Estimate on file.
