I did an inspection on commercial door and I found several problems on it. The door size is 24'x14', the cables are broken, right side of the solid Torsion shaft is bend, right side drum is damaged, 1 #5 hinge is bend, 4 3" long stem rollers are damaged and the reverse angle that holds the tracks on the right side is bend and lose. I couldn't do the repair today because I don't have all the parts needed. I talked to Joel and he suggested to give an estimate to the customer. I also sent pictures and notes to Tony so he can get parts cost and create an estimate.
