Several months ago, the wife backed her car into our half-open garage door, bending the bottom panel and dislodging the rollers on one side out of the slide rail. The damage looked pretty bad, and after talking to some people, I was prepared for the possibility of having to replace the entire door. But since it’s a discontinued model, finding a replacement that would match our other garage door would have been such a pain. Messaged Grand Openings and briefly discussed the situation. Early morning the next day, Matthew Smith showed up, looked at the damage and assured me that he could fix it. I was skeptical, to say the least. He then took out his toolset and started working on the door. About 20 minutes later, it was restored to normal working condition with no discernible cosmetic issues. I was in complete awe and told Matthew he was a magician.
