Not only did they provide the estimate, but did the work the same day so I didn't have to schedule another appointment! Mike came out the day after I called about a broken Wayne Dalton torque master tensioner. He recommended replacing with a traditional spring conversion. I did it and could not happier. The door works and it much more quiet, which equates to a happy owner!

The gears on our 12 year-old unit -- that we use as our primary entranceway -- were worn out. Michael articulated the options for getting the unit back in service in clear, to-the-point terms without any hint of a high-pressure sales pitch. We chose to replace -- more like upgrade -- the complete unit including the chain with a belt. We also replaced the original rollers with nylon rollers and had Michael service the other components. Michael was on-time, worked efficiently and effectively and was completely professional. The result was oustanding! Before, the garage door opening and closing was a loud, not-so-pleasant-sounding event experienced throughout our house. Now, we don't even hear it at all. I highly recommend Grand Opening Garage Door -- especially in the Fuquay Varina area.
