The gears on our 12 year-old unit -- that we use as our primary entranceway -- were worn out. Michael articulated the options for getting the unit back in service in clear, to-the-point terms without any hint of a high-pressure sales pitch. We chose to replace -- more like upgrade -- the complete unit including the chain with a belt. We also replaced the original rollers with nylon rollers and had Michael service the other components. Michael was on-time, worked efficiently and effectively and was completely professional. The result was oustanding! Before, the garage door opening and closing was a loud, not-so-pleasant-sounding event experienced throughout our house. Now, we don't even hear it at all. A recent project involved the installation of a vertical lift commercial garage door, featuring a LiftMaster side mount 98022. The process began with a thorough assessment of the space to ensure compatibility and optimal placement of the door. The existing structure was inspected for necessary modifications, and the area was prepared for installation. The LiftMaster side mount 98022 was carefully installed, ensuring precise alignment and secure attachment. The door was then mounted, and all mechanical components were tested for smooth operation. Safety features were calibrated, and the automatic closing and opening functions were programmed. Final adjustments were made to ensure the door operated efficiently and quietly. The project was completed to the highest standards, enhancing the functionality and security of the commercial space.
