Ken was the technician who came out the very next day, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest about my options to repair or replace the door. He thoroughly explained Martin's commitment to satisfy the customer and the quality of their product, which has a Lifetime Warranty. He offered samples of the colors and a brochure to share with my HOA, should they require it. The next day I decided to purchase a new door from them and within 4 weeks the door was ready to schedule the install. Ken arrived on time and with the help of another technician they completed the job efficiently and neatly disposing of all boxes, packing materials, etc. My Martin Garage Door is beautiful and will add value to my house!
