Replaced a block column in my crawl space. Workers did a good job but I had to get on them about using a level on the top of the new poured concrete before it hardened. No sense pouring a new footer if you are not going to make it level. They built a good block column and I had them let it all dry for a couple of days before removing the jacks and letting the house back down on the column.
