Reached out to Restoration 1 late evening of Sunday 9/25/2022 for help after flooding in finished basement. From assignment of technicians by project lead (Darin), damage assessment, set up of remediation (measurements, dehumidifying fans, disinfectant), help with cleanup that night, and sharing of knowledge on basement mold prevention (by Billy and Brandon), follow up visit, directed air into badly water-damaged sections of the basement wall, and vacuuming up drywall dust (by Steven and Brendan), to the final assessment, equipment removal, and putting things back in correct places in the basement (by Steven and Shaklaim), everything was well-organized and expertly conducted with attention to detail. Everyone who came to help was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Each of the 3 visits was punctual within the promised 30-minute window. By mid-day 9/28/2022, the basement was dry and clean thanks to this Restoration 1 team.
