Steven was excellent in assisting with the restoration process. He was professional, personable, and answered all my questions clearly and completely. Once he set up the equipment, he thoroughly explained its function and purpose. Also, his work was very neat and allowed me to still maintain access near the damaged area. The electrical and drainage lines of the equipment were neatly and safely taped down. Steven was great and we truly appreciate his work and expertise!!
