I had a mysterious leak in my great room ceiling for over 8 years. Roofer came out and caulked. Fixed for a few years then it started happening again. Was told I needed a new roof over great room. Before I agreed, I wanted to make sure roof was the problem since it is about 17 years old. Advanced Infrared came out and determined it was a window that had weep holes covered by trim not the roof. Windows have 35 year warranty on installation so hopefully my issue will be covered. Thank you Laurie and Jade for your detective services. Very happy customer!
