I was freaking out because my new rental house was declared unsafe by The Gas Company because of the old Lennox furnace. I called this company because I had used them before and Robert was professional and did a awsome job. His brother Michael came out and was awsome and did the diagnostic test and pinpointed the problem and took pictures. Because of his through inspection and documentation my new landlord is going to replace the system and I will live to enjoy my new home. Without his professionalism and caring concern I would have had a legal battle and had to move before I even finished moving in. This is the best caring and professional and knowledgable company out there as I have been a renter for 20 years and a former property manager and realtor myself. Worth every penny and then some.

Our A/C unit wouldn't work and I called RKM. Michael came right out and spent 2 hours diagnosing the problem. The fix required dismantling the entire unit and finding a freon leak. We made an appointment for a couple of days later. Paul and another technician came early in the morning. They worked all day troubleshooting and reassembling the unit. They fixed the leaks and cleaned up everything so it looked like they hadn't been there. Michael came by in the afternoon to help out, check that everything was working, and adjust the registers. It's all working great now.
