Our A/C unit wouldn't work and I called RKM. Michael came right out and spent 2 hours diagnosing the problem. The fix required dismantling the entire unit and finding a freon leak. We made an appointment for a couple of days later. Paul and another technician came early in the morning. They worked all day troubleshooting and reassembling the unit. They fixed the leaks and cleaned up everything so it looked like they hadn't been there. Michael came by in the afternoon to help out, check that everything was working, and adjust the registers. It's all working great now.
