To give myself peace of mind I got a quote for exactly the same job from Harvey Norman and that came in at $485 less than I paid you ( that’s not including the $149 for Total Care Membership ) so in total it would have been over $600 or 25% more expensive The Harvey Norman price of a twin element water heater was around $80 less than you charged me for a single, is there any possibility I was quoted wrongly ?
