Had to repeat addresses contacts multiple time Your call centre was ok although should probably be able to articulate terms so the customer knows precisely what was required Plumber didn't articulate payment mode so at the end of service multiple phone calls to get credit card ,if he has said that was needed first up we would have had it ready , he only asked who was going to sign the bill . If uou need Cash or payment at comletion say it .MAKE IT CLEAR Milldly aggressive becuase it was our fault we dint know that a card was needed.... sorry first time using this service . Got the job done though
