DFW was great at ensuring my entire kitchen was covered and repaired after the TX storms, which was totally unexpected and deeply appreciated. The design aspect of the project was the biggest challenge and can use significant improvement surrounding communication and overall client relations from the design department. This was an ongoing pain point, but fortunately my project manager, Luis, was able to get the solutions and follow up needed for the project to be complete. There were many delays due to sourcing and challenges presented by Covid supply chain issues, but again Luis communicated these delays in real time to level set expectations. While timing wasn’t ideal, I recognize this was out of Luis’ hands, and he went above and beyond to ensure any imperfections were addressed.
