I am a new customer to All Wet this year and also an irrigation & lighting homeowner for over twenty years. Joe Britt was a polite and competent technician. After the winterization was done I asked to have a bulb changed on one landscape fixture which I supplied the bulb. This took approximately two minutes to do. I was told afterwards that it would be $47 for this two minute service. I needed two other bulbs changed but was hesitant to have them done due to this cost. So now I'm still with two burned out bulbs. I am a new widow and senior citizen on a fixed income. I know this isn't All Wets problem, they are in business to make money but this charge was a little high and not explained to me ahead of time.
