Customer has two backflows on one line backflow and test ports have been winterized, handles were left at a 45° angle and customer does not have hose bib on backflow so plug will be left loose. Main water valve for sprinkler system has been turned off and Hydrowise controller and zones have been suspended until July 4th 2024.
