Troubleshoot wet/saturated area in front right lawn especially near walkway/driveway. Checked backflow area and drain valve at front left foundation: perfectly dry. Discovered that there is a separate system of one zone connected to a hose bib at the front right foundation which was still watering. Could not locate the interior shut-off valve for that hose bib due to finished basement, however I closed it on the outside. Recommended for customer to continue tracing the 1/2” copper pipe I located in the drop ceiling, to see if there is a shut-off valve to close the hose bib. Winterized the separate zone of 3 rotors. No leaks found.
