Valve box in the back is full of water upon arrival, with standing water puddles in lawn around the box, due to heavy rain overnight. Water has been off and system was winterized since October 3, and backflow preventer is dry, indicating that the current water is from groundwater. I advised Rich that we do not do drainage work, and he would have to contact a drainage contractor to remedy. No leaks were found in the box at previous 2 visits, but we can recheck for possible leaks at 2024 Startup service.
