The poor service starts with the waiting time on the phone to talk to a receptionist. The delay in getting service is unacceptable. It sometimes takes a week or more for service. To have a 1 bulb replaced on my landscape lighting took more than a month. The pricing is horrible. I recently needed to have a bulb replaced in one of my landscape lights and at the end of the day it cost me nearly $300. RiDICULOUS. I may be looking for another company.
