I believe that this job should be a Manager Site Visit, not a billable Lighting Service Call. Customer stated that his 2 GFCI outlets behind pool and on shed started tripping the breaker, and he traced it back to June 22 from his camera system (installation date). I advised customer that he would need an electrician, however he stated that he had electricians here multiple times and could not locate the problem after $1,000 of cost. He also asked if we would pay the electrician cost. I advised him that we have clauses that state All Wet is not responsible for unmarked utilities, and that the line voltage wire should be buried 12”-24”, and we don’t install pipes deeper than 6”.
