Walked around property and identified 3 hose bibs plus irrigation hose bib. Customer showed me all the valves that were opened inside the house and we determined that the irrigation valve was in fact never opened. Re-Winterization not needed. Last year tech placed an irrigation tag on a hose bib shutoff valve, which made her think that they opened a the irrigation valve, however I advised her that it’s not related to the irrigation system.
