The service person who adjusted my sprinkler was Esdras, and not the person you requested a review about. Esdras was excellent. He asked if I noticed any problems and I said that there were a few sprinkler heads that needed adjustment in most of the 8 zones in the system. I accompanied him to explain what I thought needed correcting. Most of them he adjusted very well but there were also 2 or 3 that he explained couldn't and why that was the case. All in all, Esdras was professional and courteous the entire time. He is a huge credit to the company.
