Two items annoyed me. One, received a text indicating the service would be performed. I called and indicated that "I" in all probably would not be home. Thus, I was told I would be billed if "I" was not home. I was taking care of some business and I received a call or text from my wife and your representative. Obviously your office did not communicate to the technician. I understand this is a busy time of the year. But, it's businesses job to make sure that these things don't fall through the cracks. Also, it's your responsibility to know your customers. At least, I would hope you do. Also, the technician did not leave a copy of the bill. I was planning to call your office to request that it be sent by email when I got a call from someone in your office. The check is in the mail! Second, I left a note on the door indicating that I had shut off the sprinkler supply valve and the controller. Yet the technician wanted to see for himself. Enough
