Andy’s Sprinklers listened to what it was I wanted and David created a major plan that addressed the problems in the backyard and also greatly improved coverage challenges in the front yard. Then Terrance showed up a few days later with his team and knocked it out. It only took two days. And at first judging by how torn up my front and side yards were during this process my initial thoughts were I made a mistake and my yard would take years to recover. But when they finished the job I was very surprised at how careful Terrance and his team put everything back. It was far better than I ever expected when they completed everything. You had to look closely to even see where the yard was even cut up. In some areas you couldn’t even tell. I don’t know how they did it. Terrance and David are a solid team and they explained everything and listened to my requests. And delivered a better than expected result. David especially help me understand the differences in the different sprayer head upgrades and why the taller 6” are definitely worth upgrading to. Their plan more than solved my existing coverage gaps with the original sprinkler system. And the best thing of all they rerouted the water line under my driveway with expert precision. I can’t give this company high enough accolades. Especially if you get Terrance and David as your design and implementation team. Outstanding work, exemplary customer service and delivered excellent product to their customer. I would definitely use them again if this new system ever needs repairs a several years down the road.

Other company did not remember me as a customer two years ago. And they also were scheduling appointments two and a half weeks out. I needed someone to fix it today. Andy’s was able to make it out there the very next day. Quick response got them a new customer.

Having been in the customer service business for 38 yrs, I have seen a lot of businesses drop the ball when it comes to taking care of an issue/problem. That being said, I wanted to recognize Albert Navarrete for his outstanding followup and being available, responsive and taking care of the issue when time was of the essence. We had a home that was under contract that was set to Close on Friday and he was very proactive and detailed in taking care of the issue and getting things resolved in a timely and professional manner. Ernesto was terrific. He spent time educating me on the repairs needed, and I’m beyond satisfied with the way my system is now functioning. Ernesto also kept me updated throughout the repair process. The final price was fair, and I definitely wasn’t up-sold on unnecessary repairs.
Replaced the valve belonging to zone #9. Will be sending estimates to the customer for all other critical work that we recommend being performed.

In todays service we replace zone valves 8 and 9 and replaced one MP nozzle on zone 10
Work performed: - Rerouted mainline to just the front of yard, and added a master valve with two new zone valves - Installed Rachio controller provided by customer as well as an outdoor enclosure to protect the Rachio controller - New wire ran from new controller to all three valves - Replaced, relocated and added heads so that we reduce overspray but maximize overall coverage on both sides of driveway
Today’s visit we checked irrigation system. Updated time and date and provided customer with some estimates.
In today’s service we installed a new Pressure regulator valve for only the irrigation side to reduce high pressure through the system. We also replace zone valve 3 which the inner components were no longer functioning and was not closing all the way. On zone 1 we converted all head to 6in for better coverage efficiency we also replaced all MP nozzles on zone one. On zone 3 we converted two heads in flower bed area to 18in riser to spray better over wild flowers and one head to 6in. On zone 4 right side of house we converted 3 heads to 6in for better clearance over thick grass. In back yard zone 6 we added on head left side by limestone for better coverage as well.

In today service we repaired broke pipe by PRV and added head in same place were repair was made for water coverage. In zone 3 I replaced 3 clogged nozzles in back yard in zone 6 I replaced one leaking rotor back yard by back fence. Zone 7 we converted one head to 6in to be allowed to pop up high enough above grass for better coverage. Finally we replaced battery to R/F Sensor tested and reprogrammed.
