Christmas light strands with C-9 warm white and red will be installed on roof lines for the front view of the home including the roof for the dormer. The roof is higher than 1 story and it will be priced as a 2nd story. A 48" pre-lit wreath with warm white lights and a red bow in will be installed above the chimney right under the downlight. We will include a timer. Note*The reinstallation price for the following year will be about 55% of the new install, the price will slightly go up every year depending on the cost of labor. light bulbs or other parts that might need to be replaced will be charged separately. A 10% Discount will be applied on new installs that are completed on or before November the 12th.
